Dealer.com does so much training with its clients already, it only makes sense to share the wealth with our own folks. DDCU (Dealer.com University) is our latest internal training program, comprised of more than 100 online training programs, instructor-led classes, lunch & learns, and internal webinars. You’ll even be rewarded for learning, with prizes including a new iPad.
New hire training
When you start at Dealer.com, you’ll go through a comprehensive new hire training. The goal is to give each new earthling a solid understanding of our culture, our business, our clients, and any applications on which you’ll need to get up to speed. After the first week, you’ll also get more extensive training in your own department.
