Dealer.com believes it’s crucial that earthlings see their work contributing to the success of the company, so we base our compensation on a pay-for-performance model. Part of the culture
Our benefit package has been designed with the input of our employees, and clearly they’re exited about it. So far this year:
- 311 earthlings have participated in 20 sports teams
- 1392 chair massages have been given
- 15 earthlings received training scholarships
- 68 different food shares from local farms were delivered to 25 earthlings on a weekly basis
- 63 earthlings participated in weekly tennis clinics
- 451 spots were filled at our fitness boot camp
- Two new weekly fitness classes were added
- On average, 24 earthlings visited the gym per day. That’s 720 visits per month
- 65% of the suggestions in the 2009 Wellness Survey have been or will be implemented
