We’re looking for a highly talented Senior Web Designer to join our Engineering department to help design cutting-edge, innovative dealership websites. We are looking for a designer who can deliver high “WOW” factor consistently, but who also understands the importance of design that drives business rather than art for art’s sake. This position will require taking a leading role on design projects while working with clients and managing expectations as necessary. Proactive resourcefulness will be a great asset. Responsibilities
In this position, you will work closely with with other designers and developers to design a wide range of dealership websites across the entire spectrum of vehicle brands. Projects range from designing website templates for pre-owned and import dealers to robust custom solutions for high-profile clients across North America.

Qualifications
We’re looking for a team player who will feel at home in a fast-paced environment and be willing to adapt to changing priorities while juggling several projects simultaneously.

Having an interest in cars is not critical, but candidates with an interest in car culture will be favored as will anyone who has actually worked at a car dealership.

We are looking for a candidate with strong artistic, user-interface and Web 2.0 design sensibilities and a proven knack to adapt styles to changing design needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of initiative and managerial/supervisory experience.
